Up for auction is a Genuine Hobart OEM Speed Drive ML-23030 NSF (Fits #12 Hub). This item was recently removed from a working restaurant and fits Hobart 20, 30, 40, 60 and 80 quart mixers that take a #12 hub. The Hobart Speed Drive is an attachment designed to speed up (increase) the drive speed of #12 hub attachments such as the VS9 pelican head or any other #12 hub attachment that operates more effectively at higher speeds. The higher speeds allow for increased productivity, but also provide cleaner and crisper cuts with less pressure required to push the product through the slicer-shredder-grater. This unit attaches to any standard #12 hub, commonly found on various manufacturers' mixers, power drives, buffalo choppers, etc. The speed is increased by 337%.
