This tenderizer came from a military commissary and I talked with the manager and she said there was nothing wrong with it and it worked great. It was replaced in a normal replacement program by the government. I have the original bill of sale where they bought it and received it on Jan 18 2008 so it was only 6 years old when I purchased it. This unit runs great and everything is there. The only things wrong with it is the plastic cover is cracked but is completely usable, there is no need to replace it. It also has the normal corrosion on the aluminum case from washing with water and minor rust on some of the metal parts. This is normal for all these used machines and does not affect the performance at all. I tested it and it runs great and all parts are there. This is a no reserve auction . Handling fee is to cover packing and insurance.
