HOBART ULTRAVIEW HOT FOOD DELI CASE M# HUV3P S# 7560017087 The deli display case holds hot food products at regulated temperatures maintaining both freshness and quality. The display cases feature electronic temperature regulation of the well heat and air stream. This full-service case includes upper zonal adjustment of heat and humidity. Quality stainless steel and clear/mirrored tempered glass and 0 to 10 degree adjustable pan frame provide the customer with an Ultra-View of hot deli products. This item is installed on the optional base with casters. It can also be used as a countertop unit with the included leg kit. Front glass of full service case is fitted with gas struts which allows for easy access to interior of case for cleaning. Pans can be displayed horizontally as well as at two different angles. Heating elements are located under the pans. Vents direct the heat released over a large heaterd water tray The touch control panel allows the used to regulate the temperature in the display case Holds (3) full size and (3) 1/3 size steamtable pans. Other pan conbinations are possible Mirrored rear sliding doors Electronic thermostat Overhead infrared heaters Base with locking casters. Dimensions: 41-3/4" W x 39-5/8" D x 56-5/8" H Electrical Requirements: 240 volt, 1 or 3 phase The Hobart Ultraview Hot Food Deli Case is unused. It is discontinued inventory that has been on our showroom floor. There is some oxidation on the back corner by the sliding glass doors. Please refer to pictures shown. This item ships via common carrier. All shipping charges to be paid by the buyer. The shipping weight of this items exceeds 375lbs. A liftgate is recommended for delivery where a loading dock or forklift is not available. Please contact our office for a shipping quote.
