Built with a .5 Horse Power motor that can reach up to 3500 RPM, or a 10 Horse Power motor with 23/25 Amps, this mixer is perfect for any commercial kitchen. It includes a Dough Blade, a 40 qt Stainless Steel Mixer Bowl, Cast Aluminum Cover, a Brand New Sealing Gasket, a Sight Cover, and Stainless Steel Cutting Knives, all encased in a Tubular Steel Frame with 2 Casters for Portability. The Hobart Stephan VCM also comes equipped with an Alum. Mixing Baffle, which is designed to move product into the knives for efficient processing. After payment has been received, our team packs all merchandise carefully to prevent damage during shipment. While we do our best to ensure all products arrive safely and intact, damage may occasionally occur during transit. In such an event, any damage claims must be made directly with the carrier. As the buyer, you are responsible for filing these claims with the shipping service.
