Fully operational.   RETURNS & WARRANTY: This item comes with a five day, full return privilege after delivery. An instrument can be returned for any reason within the 5-Day Right-of-Return period for a refund, excluding shipping costs. A purchased item may only be returned with an RMA (Return Material Authorization) number. To obtain an RMA number, simply contact us either by phone, by FAX or by e-mail with details of the return.
