Hoefer Scientific Amersham Pharmacia PS500X 500V DC Power Supply Parts/Repairs The item for sale is For Parts or Not Working Item is in Good cosmetic condition (see pictures) Upon inspection of the device, I noticed the type of scuffs and scratches that happen with normal use. All ports and connectors are in good cosmetic condition. There are some heavy scratches on the sides of the device. Some of the paint is chipping off. There is some heavy scuffs on the front bottom metal framing. (see picture #2-3) I was able to power on the device with a standard power cord. I was able to adjust to DC power from 0V to 500V and verify with an in-house multimeter (not included). I was not able to adjust the watts. I was able to test the displays to be working. I was able to test the knobs and power switch to be working. No further testing could be completed due to lack of knowledge and/or resources. The device is sold as is for parts, repair, or as a non-working item.
