This exhaust extension allows for safe venting of exhaust fumes from an unoccupied enclosed area. I had this need to keep my generator safe and secure while allowing the exhaust fumes to be vented outside of the enclosure. I learned from making one for myself and am offering my improved version on eBay. The buyer will receive: a custom low profile exhaust stub and a 4” duct adapter. The exhaust temperature of the Honda EU1000i is approximately 170 degrees F while under full (1600W) load. The exhaust stub will need to be welded onto the generator's stock muffler. Illustrated instructions will be provided. Please note: Gas dryer safe duct (aluminum or steel) is recommended for use with the system. This can be obtained at your local home improvement store/hardware more economically than I can provide it to you. Please contact me for a quantity discount if you wish to buy multiple units.
