This exhaust extension allows for safe venting of exhaust fumes from an unoccupied enclosed area. I had this need to keep my generator safe and secure while allowing the exhaust fumes to be vented outside of the enclosure. I learned from making one for myself and am offering my improved version on eBay. The buyer will receive: a custom low profile exhaust stub, the specified length of 500 degree F rated 3/4 I.D. indoor/outdoor flexible duct hose, and the proper size stainless hose clamp. The exhaust temperature of the Honda EU2000i or EU1000i is approximately 170 degrees F while under full (1600W) load. The exhaust stub will need to be welded onto the generator's stock muffler. A mechanic/exhaust/muffler auto repair shop can typically perform the weld if you are not able. Illustrated instructions will be provided. Custom hose size/length and exhaust stubs are available. This hose can be used to run exhaust into water for additional sound deadening, or through the wall of your generator enclosure. Thank you for looking!
