The only postage which is guaranteed by the Post Office is Express mail which is very pricey. We only offer Express if you provide a pre-paid shipping label. FedEx Smartpost is a joint venture between FedEx and USPS and can take up to 10 business days for a package to travel from Arizona, to the Bell Garden distribution center in California, then dispatched by semi-truck to the various regions of the United States. 6. Please take into consideration shipping time and costs prior to placing bid. Free shipping is only available in the continental United States. 7.
