This impressive innovation is sold "as is," with the option of local pick-up, and also with shipping nationally and internationally. The KSS-100, a versatile Horizontal Flow Wrapper, with a stainless steel shell and base, is now available for purchase in the U.S. This amazing machine comes with easy to use PLC Controls to make your packaging process a breeze. The product is in excellent working order after testing sample packaging for customers and is now set up for a 5" long product with a 1.5" profile. It has a flexible bag length cutting feature and variable temperature control for end and fin seals. This impressive machine has double transducer control, making it easy to pack biscuits, cakes, bar products, and any type of block products. The KSS-100 is highly efficient with a product packing speed of 35--225 bags/ minute and a packaging film width of 90--250 mm. The bag size ranges from (65--160) x (35--120) x (5--35) mm. Its total power is rated at 3.4 KW with a heating power of 2.1 KW. This machine can run different types of plastic rolls, which allows for packaging various types of products.
