Items left beyond 30 days will be considered abandoned and bidder forfeits the rights to the item/items. The items will be resold to cover storage fees and bidder will not qualify for any refunds. Please account for holidays, weekends, travel conditions and any special circumstances when calculating the time it will take for delivery.   Damage Sterling Machinery thoroughly inspects all machinery before it is shipped out.  We photograph all machines as they are being loaded for delivery. Once the shipment has left our facility it is NOT our responsibility. Any damage caused in transit, delivery or loading/unloading is the responsibility of the freight carrier. You are responsible for covering INSURANCE with your freight, we will in no way pay for claims on uninsured shipments. Please contact us BEFORE you commit to purchase/bid with any questions you may have.   Shipping and Handling Buyers are responsible for all Shipping and Handling charges. Delicate and expensive equipment requires special handling to ensure its safe delivery.   Local pickups We are open for pickups Monday thru Friday between 8 am-12 pm and 1-5 pm (we are closed for lunch from 12 noon to 1 pm and NO pickups are available).     Freight Items above 149 lbs. must be shipped via freight carrier. Please contact our shipping department for freight quotes. All estimates are subject to change depending upon drop-off location. Carriers will assess an additional charge if delivery is made to a residential area and/or if the services of a lift gate are required.   If bidder arranges their own freight, please address any concerns or complaints to the freight company in question. Any claims must be initiated by the buyer.
