There is 1 new primary set included. Sold as is, no returns. Wired for 50/60 Hz, 100-120 VAC All of our medical monitors are all tested with a Fluke Cufflink nibp analyzer, a Fluke MPS450 mulitparameter simulator. This item is sold as is with no returns.
