Up for bid are 2 used, but in GREAT condition, hot dog bun baking pans. A bakery I worked for tried using these a couple times to try and make GF buns, and it did not turn out how they wanted. They didn't want to put anymore time, effort, and ingredients towards developing a better recipe so they were getting rid of them to save space. I took them thinking I may use them at home, and I haven't. I'm moving and am now clearing space myself, so here they are ready to go to a new home or bakery! I copy and pasted the item description from the manufacturers page to give the best one I could because I don't know much about them: "The USA Pans New England Hot Dog Pan is constructed of aluminized steel, the material of choice for commercial bakeries. Hot Dog Pan measures 15 x 6 x 1.5 inch. Provides space to make 10 buns. This pan is not only perfect for hot dog buns; it's also great for making hoagies and rolls. The metal thickness of this pan has been selected to allow for even heat distribution and maximum service life. No need for messy and unhealthy oil and grease. This pan is coated with Americoat. Americoat is a proprietary silicone coating. It provides a clear, non-stick, non-toxic baking surface, specially formulated for superior baking.
