The seven quart water pan and tempered safety glass make this steamer ideal for constant operation in any environment. Dimensions are 18-1/4" W x 15" D x 16" D and electrical specifications are 120V, 1000 Watts, 8.3 Amps. Please note that this hot dog steamer hutch does not have a bun steaming compartment. In addition to hot dogs, this versatile steamer can also be used to steam tamales. The dual sided lid on this steamer gives operators easy access to both compartments and the top cover design helps retain heat while providing easy access to the food, ensuring quick customer service even during peak hours.
