This is a nice used PARMAK fence charger. The gauge works but the lense, shown in 4th picture, is not clear anymore and the lense cover has a break in it. Needle inside is hard to see but it moves when it is switched on and off. The ON-OFF switch works perfectly. This charger is hotter than hell. The exposed wires and the black covering are in great shape. This has been used and has the normal scratches found on one. The case is not bent or dented but it needs cleaned. The top half ot the holder on the back side has been broken. This is not new but it works good as a new one in my book. It has a hot spark when tested that jumps.
