The hotdog cart was manufactured by V.S.C. 4735 No. Central Ave, Phoenix Az. (602)251-1650. The exterior of the cart is made entirely of 14G stainless steel. Fully insulated with galvanized steel interior walls. The stainless steel sink with Moen mixing faucet is built into the cart. The cart carries 13 gallons of potable water. 24 gallon waste water holding capacity. ALL wastewater controlled by one way check valves. A 3/4" threaded ball valve is at final drain point. An OSTER hot water on demand unit heats water up to 160 degrees F via propane. 2 stainless steel steam pans are heated by two Sunbeam burners. Covered and protected by 2 stainless steel roll tops. There is a hanger in place for your required fire extinguisher. This cart is fully self contained. Easy to clean and simple to maneuver rolling on a DOT approved leaf spring trailer with 13" wheels.
