Features: Stainless body with high carbon blade Suction cup footing for added stabilization Easiest thickness adjustment control on the market Dishwasher safe Package Includes slicer with carbon blade and 10 meat rolling bags  Direction: 1. Roll up meat and pack firmly into included plastic bags, freeze in freezer. 2. Remove meat from freezer and remove from the plastic bag 3. Please meat on the slicer as shown on the pictures 4.
