It has a long history of satisfiedcustomers and a well-deserved reputation. You will spend more money, but youwill not be disappointed. Hottop provides full-service, and repair. On their site, youwill find excellent, detailed instructions for the do-it-yourselfers. Roaster is designed to roast beansby time. You will have full control over total roast time, target roastingtemperature to end, fan speed, and heater power. These can be easily changedduring the roast. The combination of variables that are subject to programmingchanges are virtually infinite. You should have some basic knowledge of theroasting process to know when to change fan speed and/or heater power in orderto control the roast for best results. However, if you are new to roasting,just use the default values until you get more comfortable with the process.
