A 20 page document dated March 30 1957 Signed Howard R Hughes in black ink. 13 signers total, Covering the terms and collateral for a 7 million dollar loan to Hughes newly formed company "Film investments" from Irving trust as agent with the Bank of America, bank Huston, commerce bank ect. As part of the agreement Hughes hands over the rights to the RKO films "jet pilot" and "the conqueror" staring John Wayne. 2. An original signed 20 page copy of the bylaws of Hughes newly formed company "film investments" 3. A folder labeled film investments Holding a report on Hughes desire to borrow money for film investments and outlining Hughes debt to Irving trust and Hughes net worth as well as discussing Hughes pledge of the two films jet pilot and the conqueror to Irving to pay for the loan and goes on to discuss Hughes selling off his atlas holdings to reduce his debt. On page 2 it's mentioned that the conqueror has lost money but Jet pilot should be "a real money maker" when it is released in July (it was a flop). Also in the folder are letters from RKO studios signed T.F O'Niel president of RKO. 4. A press photo of Hughes in 1939 used for a 1972 news paper article. 5. A letter from RKO to Irving stating it owes no money to Hughes for the film jet pilot as he has not delivered the film as per there 1955 agreement. And a letter from Irving trust to Dillon Read confirming the receipt of 190,000 shares of 20th century Fox films in Hughes name. After Hughes death in 1976 and Prior to 1988 Irving trust at 1 wall st. NYC carefully catalogued the thousands of correspondence,telegrams,memos,personal articles and any dealings in there 10 year history, along with loans it had taken over from Mellon bank with an IT number unique to every piece making it easy to identify any piece coming from this collection by the IT # in its lower right.
