The unit powered on in that the fan started up.  Nothing appeared on the displays and nothing lighted up.  I have no technical expertise so I don't know if the unit is bricked or if there is an easy fix. Condition is described to the best of my ability and any known defects are noted.  If you would like additional pictures, or if I am able to try particular tests, or give additional information, please don't hesitate to ask. Item is sold as is with no warranty expressed or implied as we do not have the technical expertise to test further. Unit may fully function or partially function.  Any testing done is noted.  Power cords and accessories are only included if they are specifically listed. The unit is VERY heavy and shipping is priced accordingly. Shipping is to lower 48 only.  INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING THROUGH EBAY GLOBAL SHIPPING ONLY.   We gladly accept payment through Paypal. Returns are accepted, but only if item is materially different than described.  I WILL HAVE TO CHARGE A 15% RE-STOCKING FEE IF THE ITEM IS RETURNED DESPITE IT BEING ACCURATELY LISTED.
