HP 4192A LF Impedance Analyzer 5Hz -13MHz.  The 1st and 2nd pictures show series C and R being measured. At first calibration was done with open/short condition of measurement port.  The white and black elements in the photo are capacitor of 1.5nF (below +-5%) and resistor 2kOhm (below +-1% accuracy), connected between alligator clips (red and black). The display shows 1.44nF and 2.1kOhm at 100kHz. Impedance/admittance with loss term can be shown as different expressions, such as |Z|/|Y| with theta, R/G with Q or D, L or C with Q or D, and continuous frequency control by LabView to get response curves on computer,  -- tested and works. -- I did many times of such types of measurement for transducers.
