This unit is a used Hewlett-Packard 4275A Multi-Frequency LCR Meter. I've used this device to measure components for years and it has been a reliable instrument. Measurements can be made at the following frequencies: 10kHz, 20kHz, 40kHz, 100kHz, 200kHz, 400kHz, 1MHz, 2MHz, 4MHz, and 10MHz. Option 101: HP-IB interface. The displays are sharp and clear and there are no significant scratches on the unit. There is one small ding on the top cover. Please refer to the photos for details. The unit is supplied with a power cord, but no test adapters, test cables, or manuals are included. Manuals are readily available on-line. HP issued separate Operator and Service Manuals for this product and the HP-IB codes are referenced in the Operator Manual. All front panel button lights work including HP-IB status lights. The unit does not have a calibration sticker. Calibration procedures are detailed in the HP Service manual. HP-IB operation: With a 0.1 uFD capacitor connected to the terminals, sending the following HP-IB codes via a Prologix USB adapter (not included as part of this sale): "A2B2F11E" indicated 97.86nF on the "A" display and 101 on the "B" display for the "Q" measurement.
