This instrument is in working condition but does not come with either the probe or a power cord. The unit draws about 20 Watts from the 115VAC line when tested using a borrowed probe and line cord. It was checked over the full frequency range using a 50 ohm resistor. The unit read 52 to 56 ohms at an angle of zero degrees over the full frequency range except for  35 to 48MHz on the 35 to 108MHz range where the oscillator dropped out. The Search light appears to operate correctly. The unit was also checked at 1MHz with a 0.0056uF capacitor. The unit read about 28 ohms at an angle of -88 degrees which is quite close to the expected readings. The amplitude needle had about 5% quiver on all tests and the phase angle had considerably less quiver. The electrical test are provided just to indicate that the unit is operational and not to indicate that the unit meets the manufacturers specifications. The unit is clean inside.  The unit has the kick stand and bottom feet as well as the side carry handles. This 4815A is sold WITHOUT the PROBE and WITHOUT the POWER cord. Payment must be from a verified Pay Pal account and shipment must be to the same verified Pay Pal address in the lower 48 United States. Shipping cost is $50.00 and will be by the most economical carrier. Local pick up is free.
