The item that you are looking at is a used HP 4815A RF Vector Impedance Meter. This item powers up fine, but may need to be calibrated (does not come with a power cord). No further testing has been done other than just powering the item up, therefore we will be selling this unit "AS IS". The power button is broken, but still powers up fine. Unit is in good physical condition, minus some scratches. What you see in the photo's is exactly what you would receive upon purchase. The serial # on this item is: 1902A04204.
