As you know with most government agencies, when a new grant comes in, they have to justify the grant by buying new equipment leaving very useful equipment for surplus.  Comes as shown!  Powers up, but sticks on display.  USA CUSTOMERS- NO MEANS TO TEST, sold as is.  ?INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS- SOLD AS IS WITH NO GUARANTEES.   1.
