ArtCraft Electronics is continuing the upgrading of its test equipment. Here is a used 5350A that is working on both inputs. The microwave input is reading a 1296MHz (not quite warmed up) signal source and the HF/VHF/UHF input is reading a Baofeng HT on 446MHz. In both cases I believe the HP rather than the source readout. However, this counter has been used on the bench for several years and has some "character marks". Yes, you absolutely can tell it from new : ). To me that doesn't matter since it does what it's Supposed to. It could use some cleaning up, and the input connectors could be tightened. Only the HP5350A and a power cord are included in this auction. This item is AS-IS and no return. I personally checked it to assure it is working on both inputs. We went to great lengths to assure it was never over driven and you should too. Only the Input 1 and 2 performance tests were done. Here's the specs from the manual. The counter combines high performance measurements with simple, easy-to-use operating procedures. The 5350A is controlled by a single microprocessor that interacts with the counting circuitry to generate data, compute, display measurements, and manipulate measurement data. All measurement modes are selectable via 17 pushbutton keys on the front panel. Selectable functions include Sample Rate and Resolution control for the various measurement modes, and Math functions, such as Offset and Scale, for data manipulation. Additional power and convenience are provided by user-callable test and diagnostic functions, which can be used for troubleshooting, and to obtain additional measurement information. The counter is equipped with memory for saving the front panel setup when the counter is set to Standby mode. All display functions are performed by an LCD, which contains 24 alphanumeric characters (including function annunciators) for displaying both messages and measurement data. Full HP-IB programmability is a standard feature of the 5350A frequency counter. The HP-IB interface provides remote control of measurement functions and data output. All front panel features are available with the HP-IB.
