No return or exchange is acceptable. · We are not responsible for Customs for items shipped overseas. · Electronic Items labled "unit powers up": Should the unit fail to power up upon receipt, it may be sent back to us at the expense of the buyer to be tested by our staff. It will be at our discretion to issue a refund upon our findings.
