Manufacturer: Hewlett Packard HP Condition: Used. Comes in non-original packaging.  This unit is in Good to Fair cosmetic condition with minor scratches/scuffs/dings as well as yellowed plastics.  There is half a rack mounting kit on this unit. Notes: We used our own test equipment and fibers (not included) to test this attenuator. It powers on and the fan spins. The display is bright and clear. We were able to adjust the affected wavelength to match our source. The attenuation ranges (10dB 1dB 0.1dB 0.01dB) each affected the output approximately as much as indicated. The Enable/Disable function works. No other testing was done. No manuals, cords/cables, or additional items are included if not listed or shown.
