Very clean defective HP 8168F with options 007 and 517 with 2 problems. When powered on the display does not light up (the display is defective). I opened the seals and connected an electrically compatible display (but mechanically incompatible) display. When powering on it would go thru the test routine and then display the message:  "Laser Board....fail". Other than trying a different display the unit has not been worked on.
