Atteched two Performance data of the gain(output vs output frequency) and the saturation power(add a 30dB ATT) Gain:10GHz-37dB,20GHz-35dB       Saturation Power:10GHz- +32.5dBm,  20GHz-+31dBm Attention:First,add the minus voltage(-15V) of the FET gate and then supply the plus viltage of  FET drain.
