HP 8410B Network Analyzer with HP 8412A Phase Magnitude Display. The Analyzer includes Opt. H17, an external VCO Switch. We powered up the unit. The 8410B Analyzer's fan and power light came on. No lights appeared on the 8412A monitor. We do not have the expertise to test further. This means that this item is being sold as-is, as-pictured with the assumption and understanding that there may be unknown defects. Sold as a "parts - non working unit" with no returns.
