HP8560E 30Hz - 2.9GHz Spectrum Analyzer with 85620A Mass Memory Module & Option 8 installed. I was not familiar with this model so I ran the 300 Mhz Calibration Test in the Quick Reference Guide and it works fine. Later I did some tests on a 800 Mhz Talkie and that also worked fine. This unit was used in a lab environment. Never bounced around in a field service technicians vehicle. You get only what is pictured. There are all kinds of user & service manuals in PDF format online for the 8560E. Works fine, but I am not a Calibration Lab so I do not have the equipment needed to certify it. But if Buyer needs a N.I.S.T. certificate, Buyer can have it done by a qualified professional residing in California, for under $400. The reason I recommend this person is because his price is excellent and his work is superb and has positive feedback from many a satisfied customer. Especially if you have low feedback, are a known parts swapper in the industry, or just give me the feeling that you are up to no good, etc. I am NOT a rental or Free Loaner shop, so you do not get to return the instrument a couple weeks later after you are done with your project. I will allow 48 hours from time of receipt for buyer to contact me with any concerns. But I assure you there will NOT be any Because I am Anal Retentive when it comes to packing fragile test equipment as if it were eggs from an endangered species!!! I believe that should be plenty of time to test the instrument and confirm that it works fine. After that you own it! If eBay should Force a return, Buyer pays ALL shipping fees BOTH ways. Don't agree? Don't buy… Simple as that…. Please try to understand That as much as I would like to, I can not afford to pay $120-$160 shipping fees so that a potential buyer can "look it over" before he/she decides if this is what they want or need. Keeping in mind that shipping weight is between 50 and 65 pounds roughly. Are my terms too harsh for you? Then please buy from a larger company that can afford to pay shipping charges back and forth and get scammed on the whim of an unscrupulous eBayer. ( Yes, they do exist and they hide under the same umbrella that eBay uses to protect legitimate buyers!) Any International Sales will be on a AS-IS No returns or refunds for any reason basis ONLY.... If you do not agree do not buy from me. Delivery can be negotiated up to 300 miles from Chicago or to the East Coast, Philadelphia or Newark, New Jersey, or anywhere between Chicago & those 2 points.
