Brand Name: HP Model #: 8620C Condition: Used Condition Scale: 8 out of 10 This item is in good cosmetic condition with some minor cosmetic wear from normal use. There are no significant scuff marks or scratches on the item. Please refer to the pictures provided below as they are a vital part of this listing and show more detail on the condition of the item. Inventory ID: 31668 Testing This item was plugged in and powered on. We tired to test this item on an oscilloscope, however when we cut the item on the "full sweep" light would cut on for about 10 seconds and then cut off. After that the item wouldn't respond to any controls, however the power light was still on. The item would do this every time we powered it on. We are not familiar with this unit and therefore no other testing was done.
