HP 8647A Signal Generator 250kHz-1000MHz w/Opt IE5 & HPIB TESTED & CALIBRATED!! Here is a used HP/Agilent 8647A Signal Generator. This unit is designed to produce an output between 250kHz and 1000Mhz. Cosmetically this machine is in great condition. No major marks or damges. Some moderate scuffing is present on the side panels but no damages the the human to machine interface or the rear inputs. The softkeys are in great shape and show no signs of cracking or tearing. The display is clear and the adjustment control from the back works. We tested this item in our warehouse using a HP 8591C Spectrum Analyzer. The main output registered on our analyzer as soon as we hit RF On. We were able to manipulate the frequency, amplitude, and modulation and visaully confirm that the results that we expected. Please see photos for details. This is a rock solid machine. It has was calibrated by Anko Electronics and the calibration is current until September of 2016. You will receive almost 2 years of certified calibrated service! You will not receive the following items with this listing: power cord, manual, feet, or front bezel cover.
