Last calibrated in 2010. This is a synthesized RF signal generator that covers the frequency range from 100 KHz to 990 MHz with 10 Hz resolution. Its output level can be set from -127 dBm to +13 dBm into a 50 ohm termination with reverse power protection. It is capable of simultaneous AM and FM modulation using its own internal 1 kHz and 400 Hz oscillators, and also accepts external modulation sources. A HP-IB interface is standard.
