The unit is in good to great cosmetic condition. It may have a small scratch here or there. All buttons, knobs, and switches are good and intact. The serial # is 2804A21083. We always re-check the item before we ship it. This makes sure the item is working, when it leaves my shop. WE WILL RE-CALIBRATED THE UNIT BEFORE SHIPPING AND A NIST TRACEABLE CALIBRATION CERTIFICATE, WILL BE PROVIDED AFTER ITEM IS RECEIVED AND IS ACCEPTED AS WORKING WITH IN SPECS. The 8495H is furnished with a base, the 33321H is not.
