I am listing this vintage HP3490A digital voltage and ohmmeter as for parts or not working because it works intermittently. I bought this used more than 10 years ago and it worked fine for many years before I acquired the HP34410A and I have not used this since.  When I tested this recently, I found that when it has been sitting around and not used for awhile, it tends to require several on-off warm up cycles to get it going and then it would work for hours without any signs of problem and all digits lights up properly. When it is not working probably, it tends to show random digits and not all segments of the LED readout light up correctly. Pictures show that when it is working properly, the readings corresponds quite well to a calibrated HP34410A DMM and Analogic voltage reference source. HP34410A and the Analogic reference are not for sale.  The item has a broken on-off switch; the unit has been wired in the on position. The front panel plastic is also warped as can be seen in the picture. However, the interior of the unit is surprisingly very clean without grime. The unit is sold as.  Power cord is not included.
