Hewlett-Packard Clip-On DC Milliammeter 428B w/ clip-on probe Came from a recently closed engineering business. Power tested. Powers up with no hesitation. All components (i.e. switches, knobs, ports, etc.) seem to be intact. Probe is in good working condition. Shielding is in good condition. Threads on input connection show little to no wear.
