Functionality/Degree of Testing: Unit powers on with working display. The left side meter needle responds upon unit powering on. The mode buttons and other controls are responsive. The “Watt” and “dBm” MODE buttons are responsive, however they do not stay locked in the engaged position at times. We do not have the necessary resources to further test this unit. Power cable adapter and probes are not included. If you accidentally peel the top plastic off, exposing the foam, just look for the next layer of plastic to lift the foam out cleanly.
