The unit is in good to great cosmetic condition. There is no Back feet. It may have a small scratch here or there. The top cover has white markes on it (see picture). All buttons, knobs, and switches are good and intact. The serial # is 3032A01206. Will works with 120 & 240 voltage. We always re-check the item before we ship it. This makes sure the item is working, when it leaves my shop. NO Options are marked. WE WILL RE-CALIBRATED THE UNIT BEFORE SHIPPING AND A NIST TRACEABLE CALIBRATION CERTIFICATE, WILL BE PROVIDED AFTER ITEM IS RECEIVED AND IS ACCEPTED AS WORKING WITH IN SPECS. WE WILL MAIL OUT THE CERTIFICATE. THE RE-CALIBRATION DELAYS THE SHIPPING TIME THREE (3) DAYS. THIS HP - AGILENT 5361B COUNTER WAS MODIFIED TO A 40 GHz COUNTER AND 20 GHz PULSE/CW GENERATOR. WE CANNOT TEST THE PULSE PASSED 20 GHz. WE DO NOT HAVE A PULSE GENERATOR THAT WILL GO THAT HIGH. IT STILL CAN BE CALIBRATED WITH THE 40 GHz COUNTER AND 20 GHz PULSE GENERATOR. The counter will works all the way to 40GHz. NO problem. The front input 1 connectors will take in 40 GHz WITH THESE CONNECTOR. Up to 26 Ghz, the counter is within Specs of -20dB. At 26 GHz and up, the counter is at -15dB. Still within HP - Agilent Specs. You loss about 5 dB at these top frequencies. The Agilent 5361B Pulse/CW Microwave Counter offers both high-precision pulse and CW performance up to 40 GHz. With built-in frequency modulation profiling, the 5361B characterizes radar, EW, and communications systems or components.
