Sell my beloved HP 5370B Universal Time Interval Counter. I have enjoyed using it for few years.  It is fully functional.  The first figure shows the Counter measures 10M output from a GPS disciplined Trimble Thunderbird.  The measurement shows 10.0000000040Mhz, only off <1ppb.  The second figure shows the time period of 99.9999999755ns for the same 10Mhz reference. Consider the age of this counter, this counter is in good and clean condition.  No missing keys and all LEDs are working.   I will package it well and ship in US.  I hope it find a good home.
