This pre-owned product has been fully tested and is in excellent working condition, with all voltage outputs, voltage and current meters, and current overload limiting functioning properly. The binding posts have some breaks in the red plastic, which are displayed in the second photo, but they are still functional. The third photo reveals the correct voltage and current readings when the unit is connected to a high power load with a value of roughly 10 Ohm. The purchaser will receive the exact same unit as pictured, with the serial number shown in the photo as well. A power cord is included.
