HP  8447D RF Amplifier 100kHz - 1.3 GHz The Keysight 8447D is a low-noise, high gain amplifier used to improve the sensitivity of counters, spectrum analyzers, RF voltmeters, EMI meters, power meters and other devices. They will also increase the maximum power available from a signal generator or sweeper. The unit is in good working condition. It was tested using the spectrum analyzer and tracking generator (NOT Included). See photo 2. The bottom trace on the spectrum analyzer is the saved output of the tracking generator showing flat response to 1.8 GHz and the top trace is the tracking generator output amplified by the 8447D which show approximately 20dB of gain rolling off at 1.3 GHz.
