This is one of the purest signal generators all time. There is hardly a spur above -100dBc, and phase noise is well below my modern, high-end spectrum analyzer. Has options 001 002 003. I also have an identical unit with no options, same price. This unit *does* have the 640MHz output for the 3048a phase noise test set. Everything works, 30-day warranty.
