Basically it is starting from 1 year to 5 years Customer can choose the warranty options. Used Equipment We support 14 days ROR (Right of Refusal) and basically 1 month warranty for reseller. Customer can return the purchased equipment to Nubicom within 4 days and will get the refund quickly. And also we do free repair service if the equipment is electrically defected within 1 month after delivery. Extended Warranty We propose any extended warranty contract to any customer with additional cost. Payment Info When customers purchase any equipment from Nubicom, customer has to pay in advance if customer doesn’t get any pre-agreement about credit in payment.
