The operation of the items is the customer’s sole responsibility, and he/she must have the professional skills to safely operate them. We reserve the right to refuse a return based on customer not fully understanding the item description and the proper way of operation or changing his/her mind. If you feel that you have received an incorrect item, please retain the item and all packaging materials and notify us ASAP. A Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is required for all returns, so please contact us to make a request for one. Returned items must be received within 7 days of the RMA date or the case will not be honored. Original shipping charges are non-refundable and the buyer is responsible for the return shipping on all items, freight and insurance. If a replacement is sent, there is no charge for re-shipping. We reserve the right to refuse any returns sent without prior approval. Return Shipment: All returns must be received in the same condition as shipped including all accessories attached. For claims, it is required that all original packaging materials be retained and returned with the defective product. If the item has been tampered with and/or changed in any way, from original condition, we reserve the right to refuse refund. Additionally, upon the receipt of the unit, we will fully examine the item in question, inspect its condition and verify the serial number(s).
