A Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is required for all returns, so please contact us to make a request for one. Returned items must be received within 7 days of the RMA date or the case will not be honored. Original shipping charges are non-refundable and the buyer is responsible for the return shipping on all items, freight and insurance. If a replacement is sent, there is no charge for re-shipping. For claims, it is required that all original packaging materials be retained and returned with the defective product.
