Powers up and all dials/buttons/switches work as expected. All ports look good Be sure to take a close look at the pictures to be sure you are receiving the right item for you! The left handle is broken, there is discoloring on the frequency band but all of the markers are easily visible. Needs an older 3 prong power plug, which is not included. There are some scratches and some rust along the metal parts. See pictures. Only what is pictured is sold with this listing. No additional items. Power cord not included unless otherwise stated.
