I can not tell you much about this item. In fact I had to Google it find out exactly what it was, and that it was a HP Agilent part. It looks to be in good shape. I'm not sure if it was used, but I am selling it as used because I have no way of knowing for sure. It comes on a tray with a lid and also 2 other little parts. Nothing else is included in the pack.
