We do not process orders on weekends, or major holidays. We do not ship to APO/FPOs, Alaska, Hawaii, or international destinations. Our shipping is provided thru the use of FedEx shipping services only. Items purchased thru eBay will only be shipped to eBay/PayPal confirmed addresses within the Continental United States. Unless the product we sent you is defective (as determined by AERC Recycling Solutions), or the return is a direct result of an AERC Recycling Solutions error, AERC may charge a 15% restocking fee of the purchase price paid for returned items.
